Shipping Policy
1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
All shipping is currently free inccluding international shipping. Handling time for all orders is 2-3 business days with an additional 3-4 days for your items to arrive.
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or weather.
3. Heavy & Oversized Items
Due to the weight of certain pet supplies (such as large bags of litter, dog food, or crates), additional handling time may occur.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Domestic vs. International Shipping
Domestic: We ship to all addresses within the United States.
International: We ship to most countries.
6. Damages & Issues
Pampered Pet Superstore is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
